Police are hunting two knife-wielding robbers who raided an off-licence.
They raced into the Drinks Cabin in Broadway North, Pitsea, at around 10.20pm last night, demanding money.
While the first man waved a knife in the cashier's face the second stood close behind him. They then fled with around £200 in cash.
Police believe the men may have left the area in a dark coloured car, possibly an F-registered BMW.
The knifeman was white, aged about 25, slim, around 5ft 7ins with a moustache.
