An event marking the achievements of young people on a work-related training programme aims to show the success of partnerships between schools and employers.
The Celebration of Achievement event, organised by Southend Education Action Zone, takes place at the Cliffs Pavilion on May 7.
It will be attended by friends and families of the hundreds of pupils who have taken part in the Pathways project since it started four years ago.
