Furious parents are to lobby Basildon Council over plans to open a sex shop in Laindon within 500 metres of three local schools.
The council is considering an application from Robert Dalgleish to open a Big Red's Adult Store.
Campaigners say they are horrified at the thought of sex toys and adult videos being sold so close to school pupils.
