The Alzheimer's Society of Epping Forest is gearing up for national Alzheimer's Awareness Week and has received the support of MP Eleanor Laing as they warn "Mind Your Head".
As part of the week, which runs from July 6 to 12, the society will be giving practical advice on how to reduce your risk of suffering from dementia in later life.
Chairman of the branch, Pauline Dellow, said: "Research is now showing us what we can do to protect our brains against illnesses such as Alzheimer's. The week will educate people about this research."
