Youngsters made good use of their wild west skills when they tried the latest bucking bronco - called a Wotsit Wobbler.
The South Woodham Ferrers branch of store chain Asda, in Queen Elizabeth II Square, hired the Wobbler to give young people in the area a treat to kickstart their summer holidays.

Alan Humphreys, 18, managed to stay on for the longest time, at three minutes and three seconds, winning himself a £20 gift voucher.
Events co-ordinator for the store, Lisa Kelly, said: "We had a few events last summer and they were so popular we decided to do it again.
"Our next event will be a seaside special. We'll have sandpits and paddling pools with ice creams and candy floss. We're just looking for a Punch and Judy."
Anyone with a Punch and Judy available for August 12 should call Lisa on 01245 321888.
