Colchester singer-songwriter Peter Brame has made it into BBC's Fame Academy.
His bravura performance in front of a television audience of millions won him a place in the £35 million Fame Academy country mansion.

Peter, 23, said after the show: "I decided I'd just be myself and see how people reacted.
"I'm on planet fruitcake after tonight!"
Today Peter's mum, Liz, said: "He was fantastic. He gave it his all because he had nothing to lose."
