Fitness fans who fancy a bit of a trek this weekend are in luck.
A new Walk Tall outing will take place tomorrow at John Burrows Sports Ground, in Rectory Road, off Hadleigh High Street. Meet at 10.30am in the car park.
The scheme, launched in February, can now offer a number of different walks thanks to the recruitment of 12 volunteer walk leaders.
Following tomorrow's walk, there will be a trek at Woodside Park, off Manor Road, Benfleet, at a date to be confirmed.
The scheme began with one person leading a walk along Canvey sea wall, starting from the Labworth car park on Canvey, and this popular walk still takes place every Wednesday at 10.30am.
