A shortage of car parking spaces at a bank's new office block is prompting employees to ask locals to rent space on their driveways.
The Royal Bank of Scotland's new administrative hub in Thanet Grange, Westcliff, will employ 2,000 people when fully operational next year - but only has parking for 770 cars.
