They achieved this by becoming Eastern Region champions.
Unbeaten in the round-robin stages of the Eastern Region Championships at Chelmsford, they went on to beat Havering College in the final.
They knocked out Cambridge College in the semi-finals.
Solid performances were provided by Mark Rainsdon, Chris Hurrell, George Beckwith, John Palmer, John Easterford and Captain Russell Dennis.
The team is now in training for the finals at Loughborough and coach Tim Eldridge believes that with the exceptional support provided by his assistant Lyndsey Farge, the team has an excellent chance of more success.
