Building work on a new "no frills" supermarket has finally finished and it is being filled with stock in time for its grand opening.
German retailer Lidl is getting ready to open its latest branch, in London Road, Hadleigh, Thursday next week.
A spokesman for Lidl claimed: "The new building and bright, colourful display of products inside the store will provide the community with a new shopping experience."
Bosses at Lidl hope to recruit workers locally in Castle Point.
