Thurrock bowed out of the FA Cup with a 3-1 defeat at Kenilworth Road last night.
Adrian Forbes scored a hat-trick for the home side with Cliff Akurang getting the consolation for Thurrock in the 49th minute.
Forbes put Luton ahead on 38 minutes when Thurrock keeper Paul Gothard was only able to block a shot which rebounded fortunately into the striker's path.
Akurang struck back for the Essex outfit just after half time but Forbes put Luton back in front on 76 minutes before making the tie safe from the penalty spot.
