Ladbrokes give odds of 7/5 against about Gulls with Blues 6/4 and the draw 9/4. All prices are for the result at 90 minutes.
In the first game, where Gulls were 4/1 outsiders and Blues were hot favourites at 8/11.
The Islanders' top marksman Lee Boylan is overall favourite to score the opening goal at 5/1.
Home skipper Neil Gregory is 6/1 along with two of Southend's front-runners, Tes Bramble and Leon Constantine.
