Basildon Sports Council is holding its annual presentation evening at Bowers United Football Club on December 5.
And there is still time to nominate clubs and individuals for the major awards presented on the night.
But applications must be sent in quickly to be considered before the big day.
Chairman Ken Laundy (01268 533785) can advise anyone who wants to put forward a candidate for sports personality, junior sports personality, administrator, club of the year, services to sport or the award for endeavour.
He would also like to hear from clubs who have been selected for the night's minor awards so he can find out who will be attending the ceremony to collect their prize.
The awards ceremony, at Bowers United's Crown Avenue clubhouse, starts at 7.30, with dinner at 8pm.
