Orsett Hospital League of Friends has presented the physiotherapy department with 12 machines which allow patients to manage their pain better.

The TENS machines are used between physiotherapy sessions and are essential in helping with pain relief.
They send electrical impulses to the affected area.
Two special cushions were also handed over at the presentation, which was made to superintendent physiotherapist Lorna Stoddart.
The presentation was made by the secretary of the League of Friends, Megan Smith.
