Southend Borough Combination Veterans League secretary Tony Hoskins today thanked all those who had sent him get well soon messages.
Tony was recently admitted to hospital with chest pains that were diagnosed as stress-related.
"I'm feeling a lot better now and would like to thank everyone for their messages," he said from his southend home.
