NHS bosses have unveiled a new £2million accommodation and training centre that will help boost mental health services in south Essex.
Launched - South Essex Partnership NHS Trust's Geoff Williams, Stewart Thomson and Nikki Richardson at The Lodge Picture: STEVE O'CONNELL
Stewart Thomson, NHS regional director, visited Runwell Hospital in Wickford to launch The Lodge centre.
The newly refurbished building houses the trust's workforce development and training department.
The construction project involved developing modern en-suite living spaces throughout the four-storey block and included a new car park.
The Lodge will help to attract key workers to south Essex, who have dedicated accommodation at the site.
