Staff at Colchester General Hospital's special care baby unit (SCBU) held the annual celebration on Saturday to meet up with the babies - and their families - born between June 2002 and June this year.
A SCBU spokeswoman said: "There was a set of triplets there and several sets of twins. They were all crawling over the floor. It was nice for staff to see them again, growing up and healthy."
Father Christmas took time out of his busy schedule to make a special visit and hand out presents to the youngsters.
