Vandals have attacked Frinton train station for the third time in two days.
The damage caused by vandals at Frinton train station
They broke into the station waiting room last night, pulling all the pictures off the walls and smashing the frames and glass around the room.
It is believed they broke in by smashing the lock from the door between 6pm and 8.30pm.
The damage comes just a day after they caused £700 of damage to the railway newsagent kiosk on Sunday night.
Ian Smith, who owns the kiosk, said large groups of youths are gathering at the station and has called for more CCTV cameras and lighting, saying he fears for his staff's safety.
British Transport Police are investing both break-ins.
