A 15-year-old schoolgirl involved in an accident which killed her friend will not face charges say crown prosecutors.
The girl, from Pebmarsh, was injured in an accident which took place on Saturday June 28, when the blue Mercedes ML 4x4 vehicle she was driving, crashed.
Passenger Camilla Hamilton, 15, of Littley Green, died from her injuries.
