Undercover police on buses in Castle Point form part of a three-pronged plan to combat yobs who terrorise drivers and passengers.
Drivers will also get their own police hotline on buses which will link them up with police and extra bobbies on the beat will be used to target trouble spots where youths have attacked buses with bricks.
