Andy Marshall has extended his loan stay at Premiership side Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Ipswich Town goalkeeper - who lives just outside Colchester - has agreed to stay with the Midlanders until December 31.

He initially signed a month-long deal after being brought in as cover for Dave Jones' side, in the absence of injured stopper Matt Murray.

Wolves had to get special permission from the Premier League to bring in a new player before the transfer window reopens in January.

And, with Murray still some way from returning to fitness, Wolves have decided to extend the loan until after Christmas.
