Arena-Essex Speedway Promoter, Ronnie Russell, has announced the fifth signing for the A F Stocktaking Hammers for the 2004 season.
The Hammers, who will compete in the Sky Sports Elite League this coming season, have now added the name of Kelvin Tatum MBE to the list of the four riders already announced.
Tatum will join Mark Loram, Dean Barker, Paul Hurry and Leigh Lanham.
