The importance of good customer care is highlighted in a new campaign launched by the Brentwood Town Centre Partnership.

It is distributing questionnaires asking people to give their views on the service they receive in Brentwood shops and businesses. The feedback it gets will be used to promote better customer care.

Those taking part in the survey will be entered into a free draw, with a host of great prizes including shop vouchers, a meal for two at a restaurant, a makeover and more.
