Colchester United hot-shot Scott McGleish is back and ready to spring into action.

And, if everything goes well for the U's top scorer after an eight-game lay-off through injury, he could find himself back among the League goals against Notts County at Layer Road on Saturday.
McGleish, leading the way with 15 for the season, must first come through this afternoon's reserve-team outing against Essex neighbours Southend at Layer Road.
He said his knee ligament injury, suffered more than a month ago in the U's 2-1 home win over Stockport County, has heeled very well and now he cannot wait to get back playing again.
"I trained yesterday and Monday without any adverse reaction," said McGleish.
"And the idea is that I play 45 minutes against Southend today.
"Just getting back into action feels great again and, with Wayne Andrews being suspended for this weekend, if everything goes well I hope to get the nod to play against Notts County."
