The ten-year-old swam away with 13 victories out of the 16 events she entered at the competition.

And she also recorded six championship records in the process.

Chloe's times in the events were all within southern counties qualifying standard and five were inside the national requirements.

Chloe's potential is unquestionable, but her parents appreciate she is still very young and do not want to push her too fast too soon.

Gary Francis said: "Chloe does not train too much, I am well aware of her ability but we do not want her to over do things too early.

"She only trains two or three times a week, so to break these records is a massive achievement for her."

The Basildon and District Club are experiencing their most successful year yet, with the club winning an incredible 30 medals at the meet.
