A grandmother has hit out at thieves who stole her grandsons' bikes while they were visiting her.
Jean Murphy, of Coronation Avenue, East Tilbury, was outraged when her three grandsons had their bicycles taken from outside her flat.
The brothers, two aged ten and one six, were left distraught. Mrs Murphy said: "Two of the bikes were Christmas presents and one was a birthday present. I'm so angry. The boys are devastated."
Two of the bikes were silver BMXs with black handlebars. The other was metallic blue with black handlebars.
Anyone with information about the thefts is asked to contact Thurrock police on 01375 391212.
