A panel of council members is gearing up to review the progress of plans for major developments in north Colchester.
Colchester Council's strategic overview and scrutiny panel meets on Tuesday to discuss the Severalls Hospital/Cuckoo Farm plans, which have been given conditional approval.
The agreement includes provision for a new community stadium, 1,500 homes at Severalls Hospital, new employment areas at Cuckoo Farm, a new link road across the site of the former Royal London sports centre and a new A12 junction.
Members of the panel will review the council's involvement in the project and the progress being made.
