A man has died after he was hit by a high-speed train.

The emergency services were called to Marks Tey railway station at 3pm yesterday, where the man was pronounced dead.
The man, who has not yet been named, was hit by the 2.30pm Ipswich to Liverpool Street train.
The incident led to chaos on the rail network during the evening rush hour, with commuters facing extensive delays.
