Francis Baker, from Westcliff, and Patrick Isaac, from Leigh, both scooped the top prize in Little Haven's bond scheme, bagging themselves £1,000 each.
Francis was the winner for this week, and Patrick hit the lucky spot last week. The pair left volunteers at the hospice in a state of delight after handing the money straight back.
A hospice spokesman said: "£2,000 can pay for a weekend's respite stay for a family, or for a specialist member of the care team for a month.
"We thank everybody who has donated part or all of their prizes back."
