Southend United manager Steve Tilson is urging his Shrimpers side to continue their recent resurgence until the end of the season.
The in form Blues have lost just one of their last ten league games to climb to 12th in the table, but Tilson is determined the Roots Hall team continue to extend their impressive run of results.
"We've got five games to go and there will be no letting up," said Tilson.
"The lads will not be getting complacent as we want to get as many points as possible to get the best league position we can."
