Jewellery, a digital camera and cash were stolen when a bungalow was broken into in Birch Park, Birch.
Police issued descriptions of the jewellery in the hope of tracing it or the burglars who took it.
The haul included a gold tie pin in the shape of a jumping hare, Gold cufflinks in the shape of greyhound heads and a gold keeper ring.
Anyone with information about the burglary, reported on Saturday afternoon, should call police on 01206 762212 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
