The charity runs a tea bar and other events to raise cash in aid of the hospital and have just handed over the money raised in the last year.
The money will be distributed between various wards and used to buy equipment as well as going towards refurbishments. Some of the smaller items include new signs, cots and washing machines.
Larger shares of the money will be used to buy items like new trolleys, computer equipment and a £2,000 dinamap, which takes a record of patients' blood pressure/temperature/pulse and oxygen.
Rose Gill, who has been involved in the League of Friends for 25 years, said: "We always amaze ourselves with how much we raise each year."
