A new recruitment firm has been set up to help office staff find work in Essex.
The company, L&K Consultancy is based at Takeley near Stansted Airport. Its two principals are Louise Taheny and Kerrie Wiseman, who have both had long experience in the recruitment industry.
They aim to provide more "clarity" to the work along with a "higher level of professionalism."
According to Louise Taheny: "This is not always the case in this industry."
