A FATHER fell to his death after a fight with his son at a family party, an inquest heard.
Paul Millham, 52, of Church Street, in Great Burstead, died of a head injury believed to have been caused when his head hit garden paving stones.
His son Lee Millham, 27, had previously been charged with his father's murder but proceedings were discontinued due to insufficient evidence.
Verdict: accidental death.
