Hundreds of youngsters across the Maldon district have made their views known on how to spend £300,000 of Government cash on play equipment.
More than 60 year nine pupils from the Lower Plume School in Maldon packed into the district council's chamber room to discuss installing a £100,000 adventure play area at Promenade Park in the town.
Views were also sought on the £150,000 play equipment scheme for Oak Tree Meadow in Heybridge.
A final consultation day is being held at the district council offices in Princes Road on December 1, providing everyone the last opportunity to vote for their favourite scheme for the Prom, Burnham's Riverside Park and Oak Tree Meadow.
