A centre providing services for disabled people in mid Essex has been opened.
Ivan Peck House, named in memory of one of its founder members, marks the first time Essex County Council has worked with the Essex Coalition of Disabled People (ECDP) to run a Centre for Inclusive Living.
East of England Euro MP Richard Howitt and Mr Peck's mother and son, Freda and Martin, opened the centre in Russell Way, Chelmsford.
