Wayne Brown believes Colchester United manager Phil Parkinson is facing a dilemma over who to select in defence on Saturday.
The former Watford centre-half returns to the fold for this weekend's Coca-Cola League One trip to Torquay United after serving a three-match ban for his part in the fracas at Blackpool in October.
During his time out, the central defensive pairing of Liam Chilvers and Pat Baldwin have gone from strength to strength and even managed to record the U's third clean sheet of the season in their 0-0 draw against Huddersfield last Saturday.
Brown told the Gazette: "It's going to be a tough decision for the manager to make, but at least it's a good position to be in.
"I'm sure he would sooner have three good centre-backs to pick from rather than none."
