Thieves took a disabled person's mobility scooter.
The theft was reported from a communal hallway of flats in Buckingham Drive, Greenstead, Colchester.
Acting Det Sgt Mike Sheeran, of Colchester CID, appealed for help to track down the scooter thieves and get the victim's mobility vehicle back.
