It was celebrations all round as members of the 7th Colchester Brownie Pack marked the 80th anniversary of their group being set up.

The pack have been meeting weekly at the Methodist Church in Wimploe Road, Colchester, since they began.
The celebration comes as the Brownies nationally have their 90th birthday this year.
Julie Johnson, Brown Owl of the 7th Colchester Brownie Pack, said the group had always been popular, with 24 youngsters currently attending and a waiting list of those wanting to join.
