Southend United winger Nicky Nicolau is confident Blues can get their season back on track at Mansfield Town tomorrow.

The former Arsenal trainee has impressed for Steve Tilson's side in recent weeks and is hoping to help the Shrimpers secure another vital three points against the Stags at Field Mill after two indifferent displays.

"It's going to be difficult but we've been to a lot of places and won already this season so why shouldn't we win at Mansfield as well?" he said.

"They are not a bad team and they are very well organised.

"But if we can keep Asamoah quiet up front by keeping things tight at the back then I think we will be able to hit them on the counter attack."
