A Colchester law firm is holding a seminar to brief licensees on the controversial new licensing laws which come into force this month.
Fisher Jones Greenwood is conducting the seminar at its offices at the Westside Centre, Stanway on February 8.
Solicitor Matthew Welch said: "The procedures have caused much confusion for licensees, magistrates and councils because the Government has not explained exactly how the new act will be implemented."
