Colchester's Colne Housing Society has recruited new staff.
New positions include a leasehold co-ordinator, responsible for looking after the society's leasehold properties, and another housing officer to manage all temporary accommodation.
Two new customer service assistants and a debt recovery adviser have also been appointed.
The society provides more than 1,700 affordable homes across north Essex.
