Arena-Essex Raceway meet Peterborough tonight in an Elite League fixture with both sides having an unfamiliar look about their team line-ups.

The visitors will be minus the two Dryml brothers, who have returned to their homeland to complete in a round of the Czech Republic National Championship. Lukas and Ales Dryml will be replaced by guests Billy Janniro and Matej Zagar.

The Panthers will also be without former Hammer Joonas Kylmakorpi, who is serving a suspension for missing an earlier match for the club. They will use the 'rider replacement' facility to cover his rides, with only Peter Karlsson excluded from taking one of his scheduled rides.

Slovenian Zagar recently rode in the Grand Prix staged in his native country as a Wild Card entry where he finished on the rostrum in third place, behind the winner Tony Rickardsson and Nicki Pedersen.

The Hammers are forced to track an under-strength side as both Sergey Darkin and Josh Larsen are non-starters. Darkin has to return to Russia to compete in a FIM-approved League meeting which takes priority.

Promoter Ronnie Russell has decided to bring in Jason King who rides for Somerset in the Premier League as a replacement.

The teenager deputised for the Hammers' other Russian, Roman Povazhny, at Ipswich recently in the Knockout Cup fixture.

Josh Larsen is expected to be out for some time with a broken collarbone. His absence allows the club's official number 8, Phil Morris, a rare outing.

One familiar face appearing tonight will be Henning Bager, a former Arena Essex rider who now races for the Panthers.

Peterborough: Peter Karlsson (Captain), Sam Ermolenko, Matej Zagar (Guest for Lukas Dryml), Rider Replacement (for Joonas Kylmakorpi), Billy Janniro (Guest for Ales Dryml), Henning Bager, Ritchie Hawkins.
