Traditional pie and mash and a fishmongers will be new additions as the Safeway store in Hadleigh undergoes a revamp and returns as a Morrisons.
The supermarket, in London Road, will have a "market street" formula, which will feature a series of small shops inside including a fresh fish counter and a pie shop.
Most of the changes will be carried out when the shop is open, but the shop will close for four days during July, when the final changes will be made.
Customers will be able to see the results at an official launch day, which will be held on July 28.
