A MAN charged with causing the death of a motorcyclist will appear before Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday April 26.
Graeme Bangs, 43, of Gower Chase, Basildon, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today charged with causing death by careless driving, and two counts of driving without a licence.
Mr Bangs will enter a plea when he appears at the crown court in April.
Steven Emsden, 49, of Cromwell Road, Colchester, was killed when his Suzuki motorbike was involved in a collision with a Ford Transit van on Braxted Road, Great Braxted, on June 12 last year.
