SPORTS fans queued to meet former England cricketer and Essex captain Ronnie Irani at a book signing in Colchester.
He was at High Street store Waterstone’s to sign copies of his autobiography, No Boundaries.
Lancashire-born Irani, who retired from first-class cricket in 2007, chatted to fans who popped in to buy the book.
The former cricketer and Colchester resident, now a Talksport radio presenter, said: “I have some fond memories from when I first moved to Colchester and lived off Abbots Road.
“The Castle Park was a lucky ground for me, as well. I have this unique affiliation with Colchester.”
