POLICE are searching for a man who fled a cannabis factory.
A month after a factory was discovered in Braintree, detectives are looking for a way of identifying or contacting this man.
On May 23, 2009, house owners who had rented their property out arrived at the address in Clare Road, Braintree, and this man fled the scene.
It had been rented out for a month and when they went inside the owners discovered it had been turned into a cannabis factory.
An Essex Police investigation revealed that two of the three bedrooms were being used to grow cannabis, with a total of 129 plants found at the scene.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who has information about this crime or who can identify the man pictured in the photograph to contact Det Sgt Gary Robinson or PC Nikki Simpson at Braintree police station on 0300 3334444 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
