TWO Colchester paratroopers have been acquitted of humiliating a fellow soldier while on a tour of Afghanistan.
Cpl Simon Scott and Lce Cpl Ian Greenslade were both today acquitted of one charge of disgraceful conduct of an indecent kind.
They had been accused of stripping naked, handcuffing and indecently assaulting a 19-year-old soldier, who cannot be identified for legal reasons.
Three further paratroopers, Lce Cpl Peter McKinley, Lce Cpl Jamie Morton and Pte Christopher Martin, all deny the same charge.
The hearing at Colchester Garrison Military Court continues.
