A MOTHER has slammed an airline after she flew for ten hours with a broken seat.

Justine Chater-Delpine, of Gloucester Avenue, Shrub End, Colchester, said she was in pain throughout her return British Airways flight from America.

The 39-year-old mother, who had taken the trip with her husband, Andrew, 46, and son Ben, eight, said she was forced to sit in the broken seat in turbulent conditions during the flight from San Francisco to Heathrow.

The couple had been visiting American families affected by Potter’s syndrome, a rare kidney disease which claimed the life of their two sons, Jack and Sam, shortly after birth.
