POLICE are on their way to investigate reports of traffic problems in Colchester this morning.
A lorry has reportedly broken down on the Londonbound slip road at Colchester United stadium.
This has affected traffic along the A12 Southbound from J29 A120 (Crown interchange) to J28 A1341 (Colchester United Football Ground).
